The effects of the corona virus can currently be noticed in all areas of private and public life and of course also in our everyday work. We all have to rethink and adjust our behaviour every day.
As an international company, we know about our obligation to protect the health of our employees and business partners on the one hand. On the other hand, a trouble-free service must still be possible. We have therefore made the following decisions, which will be implemented from KW 12/2020 on. These decisions are of course liable to continuous change to adapt to the current situation.
– We forego personal meetings and replace them with telephone or video conferences instead.
– Our technicians are requested to stop using public transport. In case that the construction site cannot be reached by car in a reasonable time, the service call must be postponed.
– If possible, we will send you invoices electronically. If you have not already done so, please let us know the appropriate email address (email@example.com).
– Otherwise, our office and workshop continue to run in normal operation. We will do everything we can to guarantee the well-known delivery times.
Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. We therefore ask for your understanding for our policy. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
